The location made it easy to explore the city center, and we loved visiting the Gravensteen Castle and St Bavo's Cathedral. Just a heads up, the check-in time is later than some may expect, but the staff was supportive, and we enjoyed cozy bar food and good drinks .

It was conveniently located at a premium spot in town. Well decorated and staff was extremely helpful. Nice bar with a relaxing environment, loved the afternoon music after a long cold day sightseeing.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. The views from our window were fine, overlooking the canal, and the kids loved watching the boats go by. The breakfast was good, with a huge selection of pastries, fruits, and made-to-order eggs. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs.

Definitely a great location, with excellent staff - very polite and attentive. Great to walk out of a modern interior hotel onto a medieval canal street. The hotel was built behind a preserved facade. Another useful feature was that the hotel provide bicycles for hire - great for getting around the city & very safe.
I think that a buffet breakfast would have been a plus.

The location was just amazing! You'd leave the hotel and would be in the very city center, surrounded by beautiful buildings, but also great restaurants! The room itself was great, big, clean, according to Marriott standards.

The location was brilliant. Beautifully placed along the main canal, a picture perfect scene right outside the door. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable and the staff very accomodating.
